Catabolic vs Anabolic Energy

You’re probably very familiar with these energy terms and you don’t even know it:
Catabolic energy: Draining, destructive energy. This type of energy releases catabolic chemicals such as cortisol and adrenaline, which actually eat away at our very cell.
Anabolic energy: Constructive, building, healing energy. This type of energy releases anabolic hormones, such as testosterone, into the body.
Energy influences how we act because it forms “lenses” through which we perceive the world. The ELI breaks down energy into seven levels, from apathy to absolute passion where each level has its own thought, emotion and action.

We will also unfold your Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.), which represents the average of all your energy levels, under normal conditions and in reaction to stressful circumstances.
